Powered by Perkins 1706D-E93TA; 253 kW / 339 hp at 2,200 rpm, it combines an electronically controlled hydrostatic transmission and application-specific configurations for dependable performance across operating weights of 38,710-40,110 kg, depending on configuration, with SU blade and ripper.

Each side uses an electronically controlled dual-path hydrostatic drive with a single pump and dual motors from a world-class supplier. The Perkins engine is positioned as a proven, durable and dependable industrial power source. The triple-stage final drive uses four planetary gears to extend service life.
The Caterpillar-proven hydrostatic transmission load-sensing system is presented as more productive than powershift designs. Infinitely variable speed, counter rotation and power turning improve operational efficiency. A double-pump confluence hydraulic system and quick-drop valve shorten cycle time while reducing fuel use.
The roomy cab and fabric-covered seat provide comfort and broad visibility. A multifunction joystick supports precise control and maneuverability. The machine uses the new F-series styling.
